Certainly this will help to brush up on your diver knowledge and skills. A PADI Professional from Asia Blue – Scuba will get you in the water having fun and feeling comfortable again. Also it’s quick and easy. Even more it’s a good way to prepare for your next PADI Course or get ready for your next fun dive from Koh Phangan.
The Program
From our on-site pool, you’ll go over important dive safety concepts, dive planning essentials and problem management. Asia Blue’s PADI Professional will have you practice putting your gear together and doing a pre-dive safety check with your buddy. Finally, in the water, you’ll review all the basic scuba skills with a focus on good buoyancy control. We set you up with PADI where you must complete the PADI e-learning theory before starting the course with us.
PADI Scuba Review in Koh Phangan Includes
- In pool or other confined water session.
- Knowledge development comprising of general scuba knowledge and basic scuba tune up quiz.
- Equipment review.
- Reintroduction to the 24 basic scuba skills, practice these skills and become comfortable in the water.
- All required dive equipment.
- Resort Transfers. Taxi fee of 400 THB per person, per day is payable if located in Thong Nai Pan. No Haad Yuan or Haad Tien transfers.

I first done my refresher with Gary at the hacienda who’s was a great teacher and really made you feel confident about diving.
The following day I went on a day trip solo to sail rock. What I can only describe as an amazing experience with very friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable. My dive instructor was Gillian who was very knowledgeable and made for a great day of diving, she was kinda of funny too (don’t tell her I said that)
If your thinking about diving Asia Blue is who you need to go with.

I was holidaying in Ko Phangan and thought I would try and get a dive in. As it had been some time since I had completed my Open Water assessment I knew that I would need a refresher before I was allowed to dive. This was not a problem for the Asia Blue team.
After being kitted out by the team, we were soon heading out to Sail Rock, the dive site and, hopefully a few hours diving.
After an on board brief it was time to start my refresher. I must say that Nicole Dawson, the Dive Master entrusted with this was both incredibly patient and very thorough and I felt well prepared for the dive ahead.
And what a dive! Over the 2 dives we saw literally 1000’s of fish and 100’s of species including an incredible Whale Shark. Sail Rock is a great dive site and I can see why it is so popular with divers.
With the dives completed and the gear packed away we sat back and just enjoyed the boat ride home sharing stories……and dodgy jokes.
I had a really great day and was made to feel very welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended!
